after the update to RC2 via the "Check for updates"-feature, the software still says it's RC1 ( 1.0.0( 58 )).

- but -

the "Check for updates" shows the message that the installed version is the newest one.

Whoops! That seems to be mistake in the version resource string, which appears in the about dialog. But as long as the numeric version is 1.0.0.58 then you're running RC2.

RC2 was just a patch before the final release, so this will go away very soon.
