James,

I need to recover a very important file from an archive. When I open the archive...I do not see any objects in it...I see the expansion "triangles"...but no objects. I have tried all 4 views. See attached screen shot.

The archive is over 3 GB in size...and it verifies just fine.,,,so it must be a UI issue.

Can you help?

Thanks,

GKG

No need to appologize. It is a bug in the UI, which I've hopefully fixed for everyone, and will appear in the next version.

If anyone is having similar problems and can't work around it, drop me a message and I'll provide an alpha release to try.

James,

When is the next scheduled Beta release? I'd love to wait for it, but it's unnerving (to me at least) to not be able to see the contents of my backups...

Thanks,

Steve

Anyone who's experiencing this problem can download this alpha release: QRecall 1.2.0a50.

Good or bad, pleases post your experiences with a50 here, by uploading a diagnostic report (Help > Send Report...), or both.
