I was wondering if two computers with two different identity keys can capture to an archive at the same time.

If not, what is the best method for allowing them to take turns backing up automatically?

Not at the same time. Only one action can update an archive at a time.

Set both computers to backup to the same archive. QRecall will arbitrate and make them take turns.
