I’m having a similar issue, and while the suggestions here have really helped, I'm still dealing with one problem. I'm using QRecall on macOS 15.0 Sequoia with a fresh installation, not an upgrade. I followed the steps to uninstall and reinstall QRecall, but I still can't open any archives. I've made sure that all permissions are set correctly, including giving Full Disk Access to QRecallHelper (com.qrecall).

I even tried taking out login items and restricting background permissions to see if there were any conflicts, but that didn’t make a difference. The app opens fine, I can reach the menus, and scheduled tasks seem to run without issue, but I still can’t open or interact with my archives.

Is there a specific debug log or part I should check that could help figure out why QRecall isn’t accessing the archives? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been using QRecall for a bit to back up my important files, and it’s been working well. But I hit a snag when I tried to restore an incremental backup. The main backup file looks fine, but I noticed that some files are missing in the restored version.

Here’s what I’ve done up to now:

I chose the right snapshot in the QRecall interface for the restore.
I made sure the incremental backup finished without any issues before I started restoring.
The file versioning looks okay for some documents, yet some files seem to be left out.
I even attempted to reindex the backup set, but that didn’t help. Has anyone else had missing files when restoring from an incremental backup? I would really appreciate any advice on what I could do to troubleshoot or if I missed something in the restore steps.
